Guidance for
every creative path.
HEARTH™'s 1-on-1 Mentorship Program pairs emerging creators from Black, POC, LGBTQ+, and working-class creators with working industry professionals for structured, three-month mentorship engagements. The program is completely free for participants. Mentors are committed volunteers who sign formal commitment contracts before any match is made.
This program addresses the most fundamental equity gap in creative industries — access to relationships. Most careers in film, music, and writing are built on informal networks that creators building outside traditional gates are systematically excluded from. HEARTH™ builds that access intentionally.
Three months. Real guidance. Direct access.
Cohort size: 3 mentorship relationships per cycle · Format: Virtual — national · Duration: 3 months · Cost: Free · Applications close September 2026 — Launches February 2027
